This publication clearly does not come from the real "Thug Kitchen" which is a much more professional outfit. The author uses "Thug Kitchen" to get more hits in search. The recipe title use the Thug style "rude" titles, so I am not sure if the recipes themselves are "borrowed" as well.
Ali Julia review
I've done most of the recipes and I can say I'm impressed because I only thought of waffles in the plain old traditional sense, this changes that.
What I like best about it is I've made a change to eat better, I do vegan during the week and eat some meat on the weekends but this keeps me inline with vegan eating when I make a recipe on the weekends.
Some of the recipes look to be a good healthy chocie, others have too many bad ingredients and fat. There are no pictures and
no nutritional information. Potato waffles would be my first chocie to make.
Like that cornmeal and wheat flour is used.
