Aerodynamic and lightweight, the Thule Circuit Fork Mount Carrier makes a simple, reliable solution for carrying your bike on the roof of your car. Weekend trips and early morning race departures will involve fewer arguments and less stress with this user-friendly system, whose ease of use is based on an easy-to-install aluminum tray that locks onto your existing crossbars. All it asks of you is that you remove your front wheel, strap your rear wheel into the wheel cradle using the included straps, then slide the front skewer through the dropouts on your fork, and your bike will be safely secured for your upcoming voyage. The rack doesn't include a lock, but it's designed to integrate with Thule's One-Key lock cylinder easily if you'd like, and the system can be used with 15mm, 20mm, and Lefty forks, the latter requiring you to buy a separate adapter.

Other than that, this is a great product. Additionally, I purchased the Thule lock cylinder kit with 4 cylinders, so I could use the same keys for the carrier as I do for my Thule roof-top box.
Be aware that Thule does include a few different lengths of bolts. I have an OEM factory roof rack with formed "aero" tubes (so, an elliptical cross-section, about 1-2 inches thick and 3 inches wide), so I needed the longest bolts to allow me to thread the nuts. You may have to play around with the different options to find the correct length for your roof rack.
I really like how narrow the carrier is, unlike the ones that clamp to the frame. It allowed me to put a bike and a large roof-top box (Thule Force L) side by side on a 4-door sedan.
Of course, the mount point on this type of rack is at the bottom of the front fork. I would only recommend this type of rack if you plan to limit your driving to paved roads. A bumpy unpaved road would create lots of side-to-side swaying and, although I can't say for sure it would be a problem, I definitely would not feel comfortable with the resulting stresses.
Another reviewer stated that the locking mechanism does not secure the rack to the car. That's not exactly true. Once you install the front mount onto the mounting bar and insert the skewer, it would be very difficult to loosen the mounting screw because you cannot lift the tensioning lever with the skewer inserted. It's no Fort Knox, but relatively secure. If you leave your car parked somewhere and are afraid someone might steal the rack itself, tighten down the quick release on the rack before you lock it so that no one can remove the skewer. If the skewer is left loose, someone might be able to remove the skewer and then steal the rack.
Like others have suggested, for installation instructions, I also would suggest that you find a YouTube review on this rack. They are only a few minutes long and clearly explain the installation process. Ideally, find a video that shows mounting bars similar to the type you have.
