All I know is that TIVO says it needed it to run TIVO, so, bought it and hooked it up... Been running with no issues... So, it must do what it's suppose too...

The bridge was easily installed and worked as expected. Since ether net was not available at all my TV locations; the bridge allowed me to use coax cables to work with my new TiVo Romio Pro. I'm a Happy camper.

Easy installation. Worked for me. Note that this comes with a MoCa 2-way splitter in the box (I didn't know this and ordered one separately).

put it behind my tv roamio (which uses a cablecard from verizon fios) coax went to a splitter that's shared with my roamio 4 tuner into the main coax from fios in my upstairs room. Set a tivo mini in a tv in the basement and it just worked, no issues at all. Will be adding more tivo minis to the home.

I have the Tivo Bolt and two minis.....first make sure all your devices are Registered with Tivo, INCLUDING the MINIs. I was fighting my own stupidity by not reading the directions. Hell, networking was easy right? So you need to make sure you have enough signal strength coming from your cable provider. Then you need cable splitters. To make sure you have once feed to the Tivo Bridge and then a ethernet cable feeding into your router. YOU MUST CONNECT, to both. Your router is the Internet gateway, you probably will have to reboot your router. Once, I got Bridge adapter plugged into my router and rebooted, then I changed the setting of my Bolt to network through MOCA. Worked like a champ the very first time. Then, I struggled with my 1st mini, until I released that I had to register the device with TIVO. You probably will have to go into the settings and tell the device to contact TIVO. It has to contact the mothership to understand the device should talk to the Bolt on my account. It really works great!!!

Easy to install and setup. Works great and I now get reliable internet in all rooms. This bridge will allow any internet connected device to work as I have my bridge connected to a switch which feeds a Blu-ray player, Smart TV, Fire TV, and a Tivo.

Worked good however, when I plugged the internet coaxial cable from the internet into the antenna coaxial I lost some of the over the air channels. I the switched to Ethernet over power line adapter and that worked.

I bought the Tivo Bridge to work with my newly purchased Tivo Bolt and my Tivo Mini. My cable is through Charter, who I also have my phone and internet through. The instructions are clear, but it was a bit more difficult to hook up because I had 5 devices I wanted to use with a 4-way splitter. I reconfigured with an additional splitter, making sure my wireless internet and land line phone still worked. First attempt would show picture and sound but would lock up. I went back to my Tivo Bolt and switch it from using the wireless to the MOCA (which is what you create by adding this device,) and simplified the wiring by eliminating one of the unused TVs, giving the bridge a stronger feed. I am not sure which worked, but I get a nice, solid picture now. If you don't feel comfortable installing devices with coax, get a friend to help that is. It is not hard to troubleshoot.
