The box was hard and intact, and the packaging was very well. All parts had been protected well. All in good condition!
The most impressive part of this chair is the back, which is made of strong plating steel. This is very uncommon for chairs at this price range. Compare with other chairs using plastic, this back looks much smarter and more durable. However, this need to be tested by time.
Another point needs to be emphasized is the lumbar support. As mentioned by the seller, there are springs inside the back, which provides nice lumbar support with good resilience. I guess people in different sizes and weights can experience different lumbar support by adjusting the seating positions. This is quite a special design I have never tried before.
The headrest is obviously larger than usual, and I do agree that the foam headrest is softer and more comfortable than mesh headrest after some period of use. The armrest feels soft and supportive due its waved paddings. The wheels are very smooth and quiet, and I can move the chair easily.
Something not satisfied with the chair? The assembly took me more than 30 minutes which was longer than I expected. However, the after sales support was nice and supportive. They solved my issue very soon. Overall, this was acceptable for a comfortable chair.
Also, the so called hip design and waterfall edge design is not very significant to me. However, the seat cushion is thick and soft, which is comfortable enough for me.
To sum up, this is a really high value chair with very unique selling points. I think there are not many comparable chairs selling online. I may update if I find something not good after longer period of usage.
