Key Product Features
Adjustable Ear Pieces
Our adjustable ear pieces are made of a comfortable hydrophilic rubber that allow for a custom fit, limiting slippage. Keep your sunglasses secure and enhance your performance while running, cycling or hiking.
Soft Nose Pieces
Tifosi Optics' nose pieces are hydrophilic rubber, a supple, comfortable material that will form to your face for a custom fit. The more you sweat, the more grip you get!
Side Temple Venting
The Core's temple is vented to allow for more air circulation to keep you cool and also eliminate fogging. A key feature while cycling or running to keep your field of vision clear.
Tifosi Optics utilizes decentered shatter-proof polycarbonate lenses. This technology eliminates distortion and prevents unwanted magnification. While engaging in heavy sport, Tifosi will protect you through the rigors of the season.
Every Tifosi sunglass comes equipped with care and use instructions, a zippered shell case and cleaning bag. Hard enough to protect your sunglasses but light enough to carry anywhere, transport your Tifosi sunglasses in style.

The size is great for small to medium faces. and the nose grip and ear grips make these SO much more comfortable and reliable than the oakleys. (The oakley Fives dont have rubber grips anywhere and the smallest amount of sweat make them slippery and very uncomfortable). I love these so much I also bought a pair of the Tifosi wisp for playing sports and running/biking. I also bought the camo colored "Tifosi Scout" glasses for my 6 year old son for everyday, fishing, and baseball. They are non slip, and stays in place even when he sweats. He will wear these for years!! Thank you for finally making a product that is reliable, stylish, functional, and wont break the bank! This Mom and athlete appreciates it!
Then I took them outside and the dazzle and glare was terrible. Facing towards the sun, the light would come in through the clear frame and get behind the lens and just make a mess. If I held my finger over the top of the frame, all was good.
So in short, these are terrible unless you are somewhere that blocks the sun from coming in at the top, or if you wear a hat. I'm sure the black framed versions solve this problem. However, I've returned them and upgraded to the Tifosi Tyrant 2.0, which I'd rate 5 stars. On a side note the Tyrants don't have any frame around the sides and bottom of the lens and provide a nicer view out. But they cost twice as much.
The only thing I don't like is that there is a reflective glare on the inside of the glasses at certain angles. At first I thought it was a scratch on the lens but after moving my head around the "scratch" moved around the lens. The glare is annoying, but it's not there all the time. Not bad glasses for the price though. I only use these for outdoor sports (mountain biking, snowshoeing, etc). I wouldn't use them for everyday use.
