The frame is definitely more suited to small to medium faces, and when I first pulled them out of the box I was afraid they might fit too tightly. However, the ear and nose pieces are adjustable, and once I made the necessary adjustments they fit fine -- they stay firmly in place, but are not too tight even when wearing them for several hours.
I've also noticed that these glasses don't fog up as easily as other glasses I've worn. Usually, when I'm stopped at a traffic light after riding hard, my glasses tend to fog up to the point that the entire lens is obscured. The Tifosis fog up just a tad at the very top of the lenses, but not enough to be a distraction.
Finally, I use the interchangeable lenses frequently, and while the lenses pop in securely, they're very easy to change.
UPDATE: After four years of use and hundreds of rides, I still use these sunglasses on virtually every ride. Having gotten four years of use out of these glasses (and counting), I have changed my review to five stars based on the combination of price and utility.
The other issue is that despite having an adjustable bridge they sat up really high on my nose...not centered across my eyes. I don't have a wide nose.
I like the lenses and the price point but they didn't work for me.
Anyway it's a good buy for the price you pay.
The transition to the tint is fast but smooth. The transition back to clear is slower. In direct sun they do get much darker but most of the time they are on the light side. (Those that are use to the cheap ones in the check out lines, You have been warned.) Tifosi is not designed to just darken but to keep visible what is needed. For low light and night these are great glasses.

Great fit for small faces, good coverage, hasn't streaked up with sweat lines like some other glasses I've used.Published 16 days ago by M. Burnett
Great for road running, but problematic trail running (fine w/the amber lens, but not enough contrast w/the mono-chromatic lens). Very comfortable frames.Published 21 months ago by Norman K. Speicher III
these are the BEST sunglasses I have found for my small face (female weighing 100 lbs), I wear them everywhere. I just ordered a new pair since the rubber end pieces wore out.Published on August 25, 2014 by Sasha
These glasses are very comfortable and stay comfortable for long-term wear. They do not fog up and transition so seamlessly I can't ever tell when the lenses are dark or not. Read morePublished on May 25, 2014 by MEE
