From the Back Cover
Vy is nearing his 40th birthday, but he can't seem to find the right partner to share the rest of his life with. He's searched tirelessly for the right one, but seems to attract the wrong types. Married men, men with strange fetishes, and men who simply aren't ready to commit. Then he meets Gordon, a handsome Vietnam vet who shares more in common with Vy than his taste in men...
Tiger Pieces is a single tale told from two perspectives that converge in a powerful love story stretching 25 years, beginning in a Buddhist temple. As the two men's fates begin to coil around the other's, their shared history becomes more and more unbelievable. The question is no longer, "Have they met before?" but rather, "How many times?"
Will fate and love be enough? When they finally learn the truth, will it bring them closer together, or drive them apart?
About the Author
WE Coble is a war baby with East-West parentage. He writes stories with gay themes, supernatural tones, and strong, women-centric points of view. He often travels among Philadelphia, Washington, Raleigh, Saint Petersburg, and Omaha, which is his current home, to stay connected with his family of friends. He was once asked by his late grandmother, “Why do I get older and you don’t? Did you make a deal with the Devil?” He replied, “Grandmother, I’m Buddhist.”

The central plot feels incredible, but deep down I just know that these events were plucked from real life. The characters are so complex, the descriptions so vivid… and each scene is cleverly crafted to perfectly culminate in a sweet, satisfying finale.
In the end, I was left completely fulfilled. I shed a few tears, I laughed my ass off, and then I felt a pang of regret when I inevitably had to turn that last page…
In short—it is the perfect page-turner, whether for the beach, for a flight, or when you just want to feel that warm, fuzzy feeling of getting lost in a good book.
Anyone on that long search for someone special should read this book.
It is encouraging, and in many ways, quite beautiful.
