Tile finds your lost things whether they’re nearby or far away. Attach a Tile to as many items as you want and easily keep track of them in the app.
Ring your things.
Ring lost items just like you'd call a lost phone. If your Tile is within the 100-foot Bluetooth range, it will play a loud tune until you find it.
Three times louder than Tile Gen 1, tiny speakers let out a 90 decibel melody that’s easy to hear—even if it’s hidden under laundry piles or in a few rooms over.
While scuba diving is out of the question, rainy days won't pose a problem. Tile is water-resistant to IP5 standards.
Enough said. You'll love it.
Tiles are meant to make life easier and less stressful. With that in mind, Tile's non-replaceable batteries will last at least one year with zero charging required. After a year, you can replace your old Tiles with new ones for a special community member price.
Tile works on Apple iOS and Android devices with Bluetooth 4.0
Tile supports Apple devices using iOS 7 and 8: iPhone 4s, iPhone 5, 5c, 5s, iPhone 6, 6 Plus, iPad Air, iPad Mini, iPad 3rd Generation, iPad 4th Generation, and iPod Touch.
Tile supports the following Android devices using 4.4 or higher (KitKat or Lollipop): Samsung Galaxy S5/S6/S6 Edge, Samsung Note 4, HTC One/One Plus One, HTC One M8/M9, LG Nexus 4, and LG Nexus 5.
If your device is not on this list, but uses Android 4.4 and Bluetooth 4.0, there is a good chance Tile will work fine. However, we are not able to offer the same level of support in troubleshooting scenarios.

WHAT A SCAM AND WHAT A PITIFUL COMPANY
I carefully opened two of them with a dremel and found that one battery was still at 3.03 volts and the other was at 2.97 volts. That is what I would expect as they were mostly new and hardly used. I then connected a new lithium coin cell just in case that might jump start the device. No luck. I then put the tile on a proper laboratory power supply to supply the voltage - no luck. Several youtubes state that you can replace the batteries but not now that Tile has disabled old tiles by serial number.
When you're time runs out on the tiles you are dead in the water with lost items. Exactly what you are trying to avoid in the first place. Perhaps a class action lawsuit at some point . . .
One in the box of 4 was never even activated and it is now 'dead' although the battery is new.
And they are EXPENSIVE compared to many other companies that make the same product these days. I would recommend the Nut Tracker device as you can replace the battery and they never expire. The Nut device is about half the price of the Tile and never expires. It isn't as loud as Tile but offers other features that Tile does not offer such as the anti-loss feature (phone beeps if you walk away and leave your device - tile does not do this).
I bought them assuming I would just replace the battery and now the company has disabled them. Pretty cheesy deal. Get something else. They won't be around for long once the word gets out about this scheme.
The product itself is pretty good with the pros being that it is able to locate even after not using it for 3 months. I mention this because in my experience some Bluetooth devices fail to reconnect after a while or several iPhone reboots, but this still worked when needed. That being said, it does what it is designed to do. The product cons that take away a couple of stars is first that it really ends up being a subscription service as you have to replace the device approximately yearly as the batteries are not user changeable. The other con with the product is that it is thicker than I'd prefer so it does not fit nicely into a wallet to keep in your back pocket. Water resistance is a nice feature, however I do not need that as I would not connect this to anything getting extremely wet. So ultimately if you are only concerned about the product, this is a decent item and does what it is intended to do if you are okay paying to buy a new one yearly and the thickness of the product. Also customer service is poor. It is very hard to work with customer service and they are bound to processes that they cannot change.
So would I buy from them again? No, I cannot use or recommend products where the company is not loyal to, or trusting of their customers. At this point, I'll use these until they die in about a year and at that point will look for other options.
Two weeks ago my wife calls me from the local shopping mall. Keys lost, she says. Activate Tile Cloud Find! And...nothing. The app says there are over 500 users in the area, but we get no hits on the keys in a week. I revisit the last known location several times trying to get a signal, but...nothing.
One week later, an e-mail: a Tile user has located your lost item! Um, not really. There's been a hit and the keys have moved (interestingly, to another mall). More hours of searching for a signal with my phone, and...nothing.
I'm a patient guy and I believed in this technology. But I can't recommend this for anything more than finding things in your own house inside 25 feet of range. Even then it takes minutes to acquire the signal. In a place like a mall, with hundreds of people, you'd think we'd get hit after hit. But no.
