Till Death Us Do Part by Krissy V is a story unlike any story I have read before!! A woman marries the perfect man, of which he seems, and they have a happy ever after!! Right?!?! WORNG!!! She doesn't know what she has done wrong but some things you just can't change!!! Everyone has demons. Some are harder to get rid of than others.
Natasha is head over heels in love with her husband Felix!! And she knows the feeling is mutual. But after the wedding, things start to change. She finds it harder for her to spend time with her family if Felix is not around and he gets upset when she talks about hanging out with her best friend Kammie. It's so hard to understand why before they were married, he was the perfect fiancé. He wants to keep her to himself now.
When they hear about Luca, Felix's best friend, having a birthday party at a local club, Tasha convinces Felix that they should go. While at the club, her and Kammie go to the dance floor and have a great time!! When they exit, Tasha gets pushed and spill her drink on a gorgeous man!! Sparks fly!! Feeling bad, she offers to pay for his dry cleaning for ruining his suit and gives him her number. Further back, her husband sees the exchange and gets very angry!! When she goes to explain the incident to Felix, he is so blinded by rage that he drags her out of the night club to go home. And that's where her married takes its turn. Back at home, it's like Felix is being insecure!! She tries to tell him her side of the story on what happened at the club that night, but he's too blinded by rage, choking her, to listen. Then when she is going to get a glass of water downstairs, he pushes her and she falls down, passing out at the bottom.Read more ›
Tasha is such a strong heroine that is pushed to her limits and asked to come back from the hell that has become her life. She is forced to give up her friends and family, tortured and all around just in a bad situation. She marries Felix, the perfect man, then the skeletons in his closet show up.
Caleb is the mysterious stranger who becomes her life line. He goes through everything with her but has to figure out a to help her out of hell.
This book is amazing because it tackle both sides of spousal abuse. You usually only get the side of the abused but Krissy V gives you a look into the abusers mind and by the end you want to love the abuser even though you know it's wrong.
I loved it so much! I souldn't put it down and the more I read the more I wanted to know.
It's the story of Natasha and Felix. It starts off just before their wedding. I was intrigued, because I didn't know where Krissy was going with it.
Felix is perfect, or so he seems. He is sweet and caring and treats Tasha like a princess..until the wedding. Just at the reception you can see another side of him, not charming, at all.
As time progresses the situation get worse and you just want to keep reading, because you don't know if it will get better or not. You can only hope for the best. It's not easy to read, I felt an hatred so strong I wanted to punch someone.
There is a moment where everything change and in that moment someone else come to light..Caleb!
I have to say that I love every character, except Felix. Luca and Kammie, the best friends, are awesome and such good people.
Love the story, even if it's heartbreaking. What Tasha has to go through is hard to witness and the way she react to everything makes you love her all the more. She is scared, yet she won't abandon the man she married, hoping that everything is a nightmare and soon everything will be better.
She is so strong, even when scared, and she has a loving family and fantastic friends there to help her.
What will Tasha do in the end? Will she keep fighting or will she decide that enogh is enough? Caleb is still there, as Luca and Kammie.
finally Tasha is free, free from the abuse and that awful marriage. She got through a lot and she came out of it so strong and ready to embrace her future.Read more ›

I enjoyed the plot of this book. It was a mix of darkness and light, trauma and hope. Some characters annoyed me a little but that is just me. Worth reading.Published 14 months ago by Grainne
Received an arc in exchange for an honest review.
This book was gut wrenching and so tragic....it deals with domestic violence but it was handled and written delicately. Read more
