boot has a great fit with an excellent soul; the anit-fatigue system is the best I have ever worn.
He's very pleased with the comfort that they give him, thorugh his 12 hr working days!
Great fit and they look like new even though I put them through their paces 7 days a week.

These boots are fantastic! First off they are very comfortable. They have an anti-fatigue sole and insole which feels great. After wearing these all winter, it felt like I was walking barefoot on concrete with my Red Wings. I've walked many miles and have been on my feet for over 12 hours with these boots and my feet have never gotten fatigued like they do with others.
2nd - They are waterproof. This will be my 3rd winter with the same pair of boots. I can run them under the faucet without a drop of water leaking through. Granted, I religiously treat my boots with sno-sneal or obenauf's, but my other boots eventually leak. These haven't.
3rd - They hold up great. Like I said this will be my 3rd winter with the same pair. I work for a natural gas company on the leak crew. I'm always in a dirt hole usually filled with water. These boots get beat on pretty good with dirt, salt, water, snow, etc but they are still intact and look great.
I've owned Danner's, Red Wing's, Carolina's, and many more, but these are by far my favorite. So much so that I bought a summer pair. They are true to size. After seeing the way these boots perform, more than half of the people I work with have gotten a pair and love them as well.

Cons: They are a bit bulky and a tad heavy. Someone may not like that but it really doesn't bother me. The comfort and dry feet more than make up for they're size and weight.

The pic was taken while treating them hence the missing laces and some shine on the toe.

From the description these boots said, COMPOSITE SAFETY TOE....upon arrival I noticed the box said SOFT TOE. Hoping it was just a mismatched box and my new insulated safety toe boots were awaiting inside....NOT the case the boots matched the description on the box and not the website. Called Amazon and currently trying to get this resolved. Anyone else reading this looking for the SAFETY TOE boots, try searching Amazon for 'Boondock Pro 89628'.

I am an automotive technician and work in PA. On my feet all day on a concrete slab floor. Always using my boots to push and pull lift arms in and out from under cars. Oil , trans fluid, brake fluid, brake cleaner , slag and sparks from cutting exhaust you name it. These boots hold up great!! But these are only my WINTER BOOTS from November to April or so. Very warm, very comfy. Awesome in snow!!! Awesome in a water filled bay!! Feet do not get wet and stay warm. I have very bad feet , I am flat footed and very very picky about my boots. As a matter of fact I NEVER wore boots as a mechanic until timberland came out with the anti fatigue models. Absoulty awesome comfort all day long. The other boots I use are the timberland pro endurance 6" these are more comfy for some reason. The anti fatigue in the endurance model is better. But they are not warm at all and very slippery in snow so that is when the boondocks come out. Yes they are very big. Yes they are very heavy as are my endurance boots. Yes they are very thick and kind of look like clown boots somewhat. They make u at least an inch taller. But I don't care because without my feet I can not make a living. Timberland if you are reading this review keep up the great job listen to your expert field labor's as to what there specific boots need and please please don't change the quality to make an extra buck like most other company's seem to be doing now a days. Thank you !!

I work as a freight conductor on the railroad so I am on my feet the majority of my day traversing uneven rough terrain climbing up and down engines and these boots were great right out of the box no break in and no problems I would recommend these to others and will most likely be getting another pain when the railroad inevitably wears these out

My husband is a pipe fitter/mechanic. He wears these boots all day, every day. He LOVES them.
He's very particular about his boots. These have excellent stitching along the bottom sole of the shoe so they don't come apart the way that some of his other boots do. Also, he's had issues with the top shoe lace grabbing things by the tongue breaking so the fact that these are so well enforced is cause for celebration.
He will continue to happily buy pair after pair of these boots each year, and recommends them to everyone.

The boots are comfy and snug around my foot, and it feels like I am standing on a gel insert (which is a good thing). I work construction and am standing on concrete all day long, and my feet feel fine at the end of the day. The 600 gm thinsulate keep my feet warm and dry. My only complaint is the length of the shoe laces, which are too short. I have to skip a pair of eyelets in the middle of the shoe to lace them to the top set of eyelets. I dont know if i got a pair of shorter shoelaces (maybe from a pair of 6" boots), but I returned the postcard for a free set so I might get a proper set. Overall very happy with them, and would order again when these wear out.
