This premium laptop tote may have a stylish graphic liner, but it’s also tough as nails. From groceries to textbook to ornery Teacup Poodles, this ballistic nylon tote can take whatever you throw in it, all while keeping your e-reader or 13” netbook scratch-free.

The tote straps are long enough to go over your shoulder, but too long in my case to carry the tote by hand (it almost drags on the ground cos I'm short).
The cross-body strap is cool, but the bag itself is vertically oriented, so does not lie across the small of your back comfortably like a horizontally-oriented messenger bag. It kind of flies off my bum and creates a little bag-wedge of space which makes it awkward on the train or bus.
The bag is a funny trapezoidal shape, wider at the top than at the bottom, so your files and stuff don't stand up straight.
The laptop sleeve is cool, but not gusseted, so the only thing that fits "well" IMO is the ultra thin macbook air. The sleeve doesn't have extra padding on the bottom, so be careful how you throw your bag around.
I've been using this more as an overnight bag than a daily laptop bag simply because it's that huge. I can even fit clothing/toiletries for 2 night trips in here.
If that's what you're going for, this could be the bag for you. If you want a daily work tote, this is way too big.
so far, my only complaint that might be legitimate is that i wish the shoulder straps had a bit of padding in them. the nylon cuts into my shoulder on my way to work -- this is something i think will be fixed when i start wearing a coat again in the fall.
The inside (white/grayish/red print scheme) is super cute, too. Worth what I paid.
She had already bought several other totes, some rather pricey, and they don't hold a candle to the Daria tote.
She loves the large assortment of pockets and the versatility it brings. Also, the dark color allows her to bring it to any business meeting without raising any eyebrows.
It has replaced all her other bags and she carries it everywhere.
