The quality of the materials and stitching is subpar to poor. The outer polyester and tarp material has a cheap feel, and the inner material is worse. This bag crinkles — no joke. The hardware is mostly plastic, with the exception of the buckle and zips. The zips are light, prone to catching, and loud.
Basically, it has the feel and look of a laptop bag that was produced by a laptop company — not a messenger bag specialist company. That would be fine if this were a $30 bag, but it’s not.
Organization is decent. There are two front pockets enclosed by a flap with magnet closures and an extra buckle visible in the pictures. Within both front pockets are mini organizers for business cards, phones, pens, markers, etc. There are two main compartments — the back one is padded for a laptop; the front one has a flimsy slash pocket for papers and two smaller slash pockets, one with a velcro closure supposedly for tablets (but strangely not padded for that purpose). The pockets on the inside have a cheap silky nylon feel. I do not expect them to hold up over time.
The strap is removable via cheap-feeling plastic carabiner clamps. I’ve already had one side of the strap fall off when the carabiner clamp was accidentally opened as it lightly touched the side of a table.
The grab handle is padded and made of nylon. The padding makes a squarish shape, which I am not a fan of. The stitching where it’s attached to the bag is already frayed after a single one-week long conference. I am probably going to retire this one shortly.
I’m not sure if this bag is made in an alternative material, but I do not recommend buying the grey polyester version.
I kind of liked the grey color but the black was $30 less and I didn't like grey that much more.
I have only given this 4 stars instead of 5 because it has very little padding for a laptop. I personally will not use this bag without a padded laptop sleeve.
The organization pouches under the flap fit my wallet, work badge, and electronics nicely.

Great bag with lots of storage. I chose this bag because it was not a messenger style and I can remove my laptop by simply unzipping the top. Read morePublished 18 months ago by CR
