Attaching a scan of two pages that I edited for you free of charge. Seriously, if you want to improve the appearance of the book for the second edition, hire a professional. It will pay for itself.
That being said, I think the book is informative and could be helpful to people that need a way to discipline themselves into focusing on their work. The author tells us how to be successful using this technique and also things that will hinder us.
The Pomodoro Technique will not work for me and the type of work I do, but perhaps it will be useful to me at some point in the future.
I would definitely recommend it!
