My only negative was how fast so much progressed. Shy to comfortable. No clue to the future to hit career overnight. Totally against men to strong feelings for Sawyer. Dating to engaged. But then I remind myself that it's a book. There are only so many pages to tell the tale. Things can move quicker in stories, as opposed to real life. Artistic license...lol. There were a few places where Beta readers and/or more editting are needed, but nothing detracting from the story. Overall this was a good read.
I would love to read more about these characters because they were so amazing. Maybe a spin-off.
I received an ARC of this book. I have voluntarily chosen to leave my of in support of the book, author, and publisher. All views and opinions expressed are mine and mine alone.
The author builds a strong foundation for her characters, ensuring that the reader connects with main characters. She also endows them with a strong moral compass and Christian beliefs. This novel emphasizes the dynamics of a large family and the love and loyalty that bind them together. This is a wonderful, clean book that will cause the romantic heart to smile at the HEA ending.
It was fun watching Vivian gain confidence in herself while in New York City and how she found a job with help from the No Brides Club members. Who knew writing about places to eat on a blog could be her new job and she could make New York City her home.
I really liked Sawyer Nash and his interesting jobs. I also liked how close he was with his family and his cute niece. I also liked how he gave Vivian the space she needed to find herself. Warning! This book will probably make you want to drink a latte while you are reading. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
I received this book from the publisher but was not required to review it. These thoughts are my own.
I received a free copy of this story in exchange for my honest opinion. I'm glad to read more of the No Brides Club books, as they all seem to push for female strengths.
