"Favourite scene .... When the main character uses the "elimination vessel". This was a little funny. Imagine going to a place that doesn't recognise toilets the way you do." -- Ruby Weatherford on Goodreads
"All my book club members and I agree that this book was unique. There are some bits that have this Stan Lee feel to it, and there's the lighter sides that feel like Cat in the Hat." -- Jack O'conner on Goodreads
"...the double meanings are obvious and I can definitely relate to how some people have become obsessed with staying young." -- Tracey McGee on Goodreads
About the Author
Shireen Jeejeebhoy mayn't have been born in Toronto, but she has fully immersed herself in its fractious and neighbourly life to the point that she uses it as a character in many of her books. Jeejeebhoy received a B.Sc. in psychology from the University of Toronto. Her first book Lifeliner: The Judy Taylor Story won the 2008 Reader Views Reviewers Choice Award for best biography. Her first novel She was shortlisted for The Word Guild Awards, Novel-Futuristic Category. Through Iguana Books, she recently published Concussion Is Brain Injury, a true life memoir of her recovery from a "mild" traumatic brain injury. And she followed up with publication of Time and Space, a time travel novel. Jeejeebhoy is working diligently on her next two novels, posting them to Wattpad for feedback. When she is not writing, reading, taking photographs, she hunts for good coffee and sensational chocolate.

How did you feel about the opening / ending sequences of the book? I preferred the ending. Throughout the book, you feel like you're in a race and sometimes pushed between time and space. But as the book ends and things are wrapped up, you can't help but appreciate such excellent writing.
Was this book worth reading? Yes, this is a definite read. It won't be a light read but if you want a book that makes you think and sucks you in, this is definitely the book for you.
Disclosure - I received a complimentary copy from the author which did not affect my honest opinion.
