Universal Timer delay module allows delaying power or disconnecting power after preset period of time. It could also be configured to cycle power ON and OFF. Time delay can be set from .1 second to 400 days. The circuit is utilizing embedded micro controller so the time delay is precisely repeated every time. Time delay is configured by two configuration wires. Circuit can support up to 10 amps. Current capacity can be extended by connecting external relay.
Timer delay module can be configured to delay power, supply power for a period of time or cycle power with preset delay. There are 25 different timer modes so we sure it will fit your project needs.
With external relay control any current or voltage. Great for automotive application, car amplifier control delay, industrial controls and hobby.

I spent the better part of a day really trying to like this timer. It's more expensive than some of the other options, but it's water proof and tiny in comparison to many of them. It has 12+ modes and nearly infinite ways to configure it. The seller has a website, youtube videos and even a cookbook setup for this project. It's rare that you see such attention to detail.
Unfortunately that may be the best part of this. Programming this timer involves touching the green/white wires to the ground and then setting the various settings. That seems simple enough, but it this method means there is very little control over the precision of the timing. Setting a flasher for say half a second involves guessing or taking a stop watch to try and time how long you hold the setup wire to the ground.
Further to do anything more complex than setting a simple blink timing will likely require one to build or buy a setup rig to ensure you don't accidentally touch the wrong wire at the wrong time. I bricked the unit I have after having to reset it half a dozen times to try and setup a half hour delay off.
I rated this two stars because while the timer has great potential it makes taking advantage of that opportunity a challenge (at best!). Better packaging, or perhaps sending a setup rig with this time might fix this. Further if you do go this route be aware that as noted the documentation is focused on the 5 amp version. The 10 amp has an additional wire that you will need to figure out on your own.
Note: the very first time I did it, the delay did not work on the very first power-on..... so I powered off..... then on each power-on after that it did work correctly. I don't know if I didn't wait long enough between programming and applying the power after programming. The next time I programmed it, it worked perfectly even for the first power-on-off cycle.
The power wires seem a bit small for the 10 Amp rating.
I was able to figure out the design of the project and able to build it, primarily with the aid of the information that is in the downloadable manual by 3rdbrakeflasher. I only just completed it yesterday but it works great.
This was the 10 amp version.
