Premise: Make a list of 101 things to do over the course of 1001 days, and document the challenge.
What she chose to do were widely entertaining, sometimes nauseating (hit the local hot-dog venues in the area in one day - all ELEVEN of them), sometimes mentally strenuous, sometimes physically strenuous. What makes it fun and applicable to you or me is she includes alternatives; for example, her list included "Attend an art class." She suggests alternatives such as "Learn to read 50 Chinese characters; try Bikram yoga; take a snowboarding class."

She took interesting twists on things, such as "Get a makeover." SHE got a ZOMBIE makeover. Yes, there are pictures accompanying each story.
It's a fun, quick read, and while most of the food adventures are not for me, I can definitely see myself looking to expand my life by trying different things outside my comfort zone.
