Product Description

Swap, spin, and slide the gems until you match three-in-a-row. Engaging and thought provoking, you'll finagle these beautiful gems to earn points against the clock with each match-three. Fun to play, and aesthetically pleasant to look at, you'll find this is a challenging game with an animated, colorful and well-crafted interface.

Gems are arranged inside of pieces of different shapes and sizes. Swap adjacent gems to match three in a row. Double-tap a gem to spin its piece 180 degrees. Match all the gems in a piece to clear the piece from the board. Drag pieces to empty board spaces to create more match opportunities. Match enough spaces to complete the level goal and then continue to swap, spin, and drag to try to clear the entire board.

As you get better, the game gets harder. It's easy to learn with narrated instructions, but it's hard to master, so challenge yourself with 35 levels. Track your score, and compare your skills with others all over the world.

Definitely not worth $2 as it is right now. Honestly, I'm not even loving it for free...BUT I'm hoping to see it improve. With a bit 'o polish it could be a really great game.

It's innovative, which is always nice. Yes, it's a jewel game, but it's different than others. It's nothing like Tetris, either, & idk why people are comparing the two. There are Tetris-like shapes that fall into place on their own. Within each shape are gems. You need to match 3 or more by swapping gems, but you can't switch a gem with one outside of its "Tetris shape". You can spin the shape, too, to get gems where they need to go.

Here's what takes away from the game a LOT:
First of all, the game is just plain old ugly, & the graphics are cheap looking. Also, you do nothing to fit the "Tetris shapes" together. They just fall into random places, & at seemingly random times. Spinning them only sits it 1 of 2 ways, & it would be funner if you could do a little more with that aspect. Towards the end of a level there are shapes all spread out & no way to finish the game by fitting them together. You just have to hit advance, so it feels like you never really accomplish or finish anything. Once the pieces are too spread out & no more moves can be made, you just stop & go to the next level. I hate that! I'd love a way to be able to fit the shapes where you want them...at least at the end...in order to try to finish the level as much as possible. Or, if they'd even fit themselves together better.

Idk...there's just something missing! I really think it could be great if it's just fixed up a little bit. Hopefully they continue to improve on it...otherwise, they're not going to make out very well I'm afraid.

... but it's got some interesting new twists. The playfield actually changes as the game progresses, and you can move chunks of it around at will. This makes for some interesting strategic possibilities!

It's an enjoyable game, albeit with a bit of a learning curve.

I am loving this game. I have only been playing 5 minutes and am already enamored. The graphics are simple yet bright, controls are easy and the tutorial is effective. No problems so far with the download or gameplay. HTC EVO

Also, in case you couldn't figure it out, double-tap rotates the block. :)

The idea or concept of the game is pretty good, but that's about it. Dev, needs to work in the visuals, graphics, animations, color (they are a little dull). If it gets better visual, I'd definetly recommend it. For free is nice (not good, cool or awesome) just nice. Hope to see a better version, that actually is worth $2.00. Just constructive critisism.

I wish they would come out with 3 already! This one only got 4 stars, because I downloaded 2 first, and it had a lot better graphics. If I had downloaded this one first I would likely have thought it was 5-star worthy. If Tetris and Bejeweled had a baby, it would be this app. Match 3 with a twist unlike any other app on the market. An absolutely-must-try!

I'm not a game person but this easy and simple game is so much fun! Once I start I can't stop. It is addicting and challenging. The fact that you can't move them all is a challenge. It makes you stop and think how you can manipulate the game pieces to get rid of the pieces you want to get rid of. Very entertaining and challenging.

This game is challenging, and different enough from the standard 3-gem-match sort of game that it is familiar in aspects of game play, but quite different than the "same old same old." Similarities to Tetris that are frequently mentioned are almost entirely on the surface. Yeah, there are shapes that fit together (or don't!) but game play resembles Tetris not at all. Includes a practice level and four progressively harder play levels, with each level containing many individual mini-levels. A nice aspect of the game is that you can pick whichever individual level and board you would care to play at your discretion -- sort of like entering a channel number directly on your TV remote. No need to start all over at the easiest levels if you crash and burn on a higher level. Or, stay at the level you are trying to master until you feel ready to move on. The graphics are not spectacular, but they are fine for playing the game. I assume that the adequate but not super level of graphics puts less of a demand on your device, helping smoother game play. Oddly, the game is a bit weak in the instructions. You will probably have to figure out a few of the details for yourself - but the instructions get you off to a good start, and allow for enjoyable play anyway. The missing details will become apparent to you as you play, and are not a deal-breaker IMO. And, do take note that the game pieces ARE MOVABLE so that you can (and should) try to get them arranged in the most favorable way. They are moved by dragging and placing them, which takes a bit of practice to do well. But if you think of the pieces the same way that you think of Tetris game pieces, you will only confuse yourself and get frustrated. This ain't Tetris, nor is it Bejeweled. It is its own game. I find it quite enjoyable, and suggest to you that it is worth a try.
