Kevin is fairly thorough in providing information on when to go, where to stay in the area, how to get there from Narita Airport via public transportation and best of all, touring strategies once you're at the Resort. Sure, you could surf the web and find this info from different sites but Kevin compiles it all for you in one book that's easy to carry with you on your trip.
What I've found most helpful is Kevin let's you know which attractions are most popular, which are different or unique from other Disney Parks and which are essentially the same. This information will allow you to plan and prioritize your days to get the most out of TDR and trust me, you'll want to if you're going to spend the money to travel there from abroad.
I've been fortunate to have visited every Disney Park around the world over the years and have found that the traffic flow of the visitors is unique to each park. Kevin's "Top Tips..." will arm you with the information you need to have a fun and enjoyable trip to TDR.
One bit of info that would have helped my experience would have been tips for vegetarians. Obviously this is a small subsection of the already small demographic of American Tokyo Disney visitors, but the situation is so dire that it deserves at least a note. There is virtually nothing available in terms of meatless food in the parks. I spent 3 days living on popcorn and bread basically :/ and even those things were questionable at times! It's not worth taking a star away from my rating, but again perhaps a mention in the next update is warranted.
