[High Juice Yield] The motor of our juicer uses a high-quality pure copper motor, unlike other brands which use a cheap motor. Also, we use a 12-row, evenly distributed blade plate and the filter screen is made of food-grade stainless steel to ensure that the juice and pomace are well separated during the juice extraction process. Customer Service Doesn't Respond.

We have had 2 of these exact same juicers as the first one broke in the first 30 days. The replacement was expedient when going through Amazon. The second one Is now going bad as the dial is breaking down like the first one, and now the motor is bogging down and not juicing as when it first did. We contacted customer service that was provided on the box, no response. Another attempt to contact customer service from their website yielded negative results as well. We are beyond the return window through Amazon so we will continue to see if customer service ever responds. Product starts out great then seems to decline rapidly between 30-180 days later. You may get lucky if you purchase and receive a good juicer, but you may want to look for another brand.

This is my first review on Amazon. This is also my first juicer. I’ve been planning on having one for about 5 years now. I figured why not jump to start with this one before I cutting a huge check on a slow juicer. I wish this really would have worked out.

When I had opened my first box of shipment, there were dents on the boxes corners. There was a rip in the manual that was inside the box. And there were food spot stains inside the juicer. The handheld top where you push food in was missing. Later I found out that the container that holds the juice in was missing as well. I did contact customer service for help. They sent a new one as a replacement.

Same issue with quality control. Everything was included but there was dust or mold feeding off of food stains on the inside of the juicer where it cut ups the food and ... yeah. Yes, I was really upset, as this was my first juicer, and it made no difference to get another one because it still contained spotting stains. I don’t even know what to do because I don’t want to touch let alone make juice in something that’s been used, returned, and now molding in spots.

Edit: customer service has reached out to me to try and better my experience. Even though the replacements motor went out which is embarrassing, they still reached out to me via email to apologize for the inconvenience and even compensate for the experience and feeling of loss as I did feel strongly about this machine doing it’s function properly and it had failed me. 5 stars to customer service. An average of 4, only because I did really want it to work out for me. You won’t regret purchasing this product, only because the company actually cares about the customer’s experience. So thank you for reaching out and I hope everyone has a wonderful day/night!

I bought it months ago at the suggestion of my sister who loves it. It's easy to use and easy to clean compared to my 20 year old machine. And much quieter than the old one. I've used it 15 or so times and it still looks like new. I put a plastic grocery bag in the pulp collector container and then just throw it in the trash when I'm done juicing. One less piece to clean.

I got a cheap juicer a few christmas ago and I fell in love with juicing. It broke after a Year and I was devastated. I did not want to buy that same cheap one again from target. Every where i looked they were way too expensive or way too cheap. I took a chance on this one because I need to juice as part of my horomone recovery post IUD. This is super easy to clean. It takes me about 5 minutes to clean. I put my juice in the fridge while i clean up the parts. The little brush to scrub and clean is a game changer. Make sure you do the warranty, It is worth it. I Love this juicer and use it every single morning when i wake up . My juices always come out delicious with the perfect consistency. It works well and quick. Gets a lot of juice out of my produce. 10/10. You will not be dissapointed. If you are new to juicing make sure you research how to juice certain items in the machine and you will be good to go. That is what can damage your juicer is not prepping you items properly.

This is a really great juicer. I highly recommend it, the juice is refreshing, the set up is super easy, and clean up is even faster. I made a lot of different kind of juices for my wife, and she love it. After my gym worker in the morning I made my juices put it in the freezer by the time I am ready to leave for work I have a nice chill drink to go to work with. I'm certain you can buy a more expensive juicer, but this certainly does everything I wanted it to. All the health experts say you're supposed to eat more fruits and vegetables. I don't particularly care for vegetables, especially cooked vegetables. Then somebody mentioned juicing. I'm thinking to myself this is a pretty good idea.

I have had it a little over a week now and have been juicing a lot of different things. The unit is easy to set up. I have juiced up various combinations of apples celery cabbage carrots cucumbers, and this thing works like a charm.

I like that it is really low pulp; although people who like pulp should not think this is a deal-breaker. They can always take a spoonful of the pulp and stir it back into their juice.

Clean up is pretty easy, I just rinse off all the parts really well, and use the brush which comes with it on the mesh screen, and call it good. Then every few days I run everything through the dishwasher on the top rack. So far this works fine for me. I definitely have no problem recommending this to my friends.
