Haven't tried many of the recipes, but they "read" good, and without a lot of unusual ingredients that I don't normally buy. (Some cookbooks must be written by people who cook for large numbers. Rarely used ingredients will go to waste with people only cooking for one or two.) Glad I bought this, but wish it had pictures.
