Written by Grace on the set of #Stargirl, Grace recorded it live in one take in New Mexico's Rio Grande Studio, produced by her frequent collaborator, producer Ido Zmishlany. Grace says of the song: “‘Today and Tomorrow’ was inspired while I was filming the movie. I wanted to capture the essence of being Stargirl and how it felt to play her,” “My producer, Ido, and I wanted to keep it as raw and natural as possible to let people hear the magic in the studio when the song was written.”

I am constantly surprised by Grace. Her musical evolution is astonishing. Even if you don't like Grace or didn't like it when she won AGT 2016, this song is soooo pretty.

Her songwriting is so heartfelt and honest. That is her greatest strength (as well as the amazing voice.)

c'mon! those lyrics are TRUE and devastating! She was 14 at the time when she wrote the song on the Stargirl movie set. She played the uke and sang the song, and nailed the recording in ONE TAKE.

This is a once in a lifetime artist, and from every person involved in this project, the experience was transformative.

I, for one, and looking forward to the the movie on 3/13/2020.

A beautiful song with just Grace's voice and her uke. She wrote it in the desert while filming Stargirl. She wanted to capture the spirit of the story of two people who fall in love but may never see each other again. It is played during the ending credits which leaves an indelible mark on the viewer. This is basic Grace and lovely.
