Very happy with this system. I’ve had several others that I’ve not liked as much. It was easy to use. Filter was easy to clean. And I tasted the coffee this morning... so good! Btw, used to work at Starbucks for 4 years. It is, in fact, the same brand used there. This one is much smaller, of course. I do not use the bag filter. When it’s time to let it sit, I just cover with a towel. It is a bit of a mess to clean out. But other than that, I am loving it. Haven’t let a day go by without coffee since getting it.

I researched a few, was skeptical with people talking about pulling the cork out, but really it is a piece of cake. This works so nice. I was using a french press before, now I can make a nice large batch of concentrate that lasts for quite some time.

The glass jar does feel a little fragile, but no issues. We are careful with it.

The concentrate filters very well, I've used the paper ones provided and the reusable ones together. It is great to put the batch together, sit it on the counter, then the next day slightly tilt, pull the cork, and let it strain for perfect cold brew.

The Toddy is a really well engineered piece of kit. It has everything it needs and no frippery that would get in the way, break, or be extra bits to clean. If you are competent and take care upstream of this (choice of beans, quality of grinder, filtered water), then following simple instructions with the Toddy will result in great cold brew coffee. Buying this assortment with the extras gets you nicely started along the path. If I'm being very picky: Extra filter bags, which are consumables, would be more helpful than extra stoppers, which are not consumables but I suppose are fairly easy to lose. So I just threw separate extra filter bags and filter pucks in my order with this package; problem solved.
