I absolutely love the series. But how hard is it to put these 4k discs in standard height bluray cases so that this collection will fit on my shelves with all my other blu rays? Who made the decision that these should go in DVD height cases from 2001?!

    I'm a huge fan of Tom Clancy and his Ryanverse, so my opinion will always include a large dose of bias. But regardless, I really enjoyed watching this show and seeing a new face to Jack Ryan. This Blu-ray set includes all the episodes (that you get streaming access to on Amazon Prime) along with exclusive deleted scenes. If I could complain, I wish this set included commentary from the actors/directors/writers and maybe a few more exclusives, etc. I heard that the four seasons of this show were more than originally expected (they had only planned for two), but I wish this show would have pushed on into Ryan's political career (I'm also still hoping for a Rainbow Six (John Clark/Ding Chavez) spinoff series). Overall, fans of the series will enjoy owning it on this well-put-together physical media set.

    This season isn't as strong as season one or even two in some sense, but it's still worth your viewing time. John Krasinski really did a masterful job embodying this character. I'm really going to miss him as they move forward without him in this world that they've cultivated.

    I'm really looking forward to see what they do with Michael Peña and if his series will have the same weight as Krasinki's did.

    Nonetheless this season was a good send off in my opinion for Jack Ryan and well worth the price of admission and worthy of adding to your collection.

As it is, the 4K disc always looks and sounds better than the stream simply because of the compression rate so the Atmos and HDR are top notch.

    I watched the first 2 episodes on amazon prime, but found the menu too awkward to use and waited until I could buy the whole set. It was well worth the wait. The first 3 seasons were really good. The fourth was a little hard to get into, but it ended with a bang. Together, most regions of the world were covered, though some only briefly. The Middle East, Venezuela, Czech Republic/Russia, Mexico/Nigeria/Myanmar are all covered. I wish a little more time had been spent on Russia, and Saudi Arabia and Israel as well as the UK. I like how Ryan in the books ended up making friends and allies with intelligence agents in all the major regions, and politicians from both US parties. Anyone who underestimated him ended up regretting that. Still, the series was very enjoyable and I will definitely rewatch it.
