My 2 year old hasn't stopped playing with this toy since we took it out of the box. He absolutely loves putting the cars on the starting blocks and pushing the button to watch them go down the hills.

The cars seem very durable. They are a softer plastic (but not too squishy) and have nice big wheels. They're a perfect size for 2 year old hands to hold onto and push around.

You can turn the sound off, which is a nice feature a lot of toys seem to forget to add these days. The tracks also seem durable. They are "connected" at the top and the bottom of the ramps so we have not had any ramps coming loose and frustrating my son.

Overall, a very simple toy but it has bright cheery colors and it's very toddler friendly. Even my 4 and 8 year olds are trying to take it over to play it and have races. I think it's a sure hit for any child and it has a very attractive price.

Cute concept just a little boring. My son is 22 months old and plays with it for about 2 minutes and then is done. The race is over almost as quickly as pushing the button.

ON A AGGRAVATING NOTE: This is the Wheel Pals race track and NOT ONE of the WHEEL PALS work on it. Hasbro/Tonka has made the race cars smaller than the little wheel pals so when your child tries to race the other Wheel pals he or she has on this track they won't work. What a racquet!!

to your nearest Wal-mart and purchase this for your toddler. There is a $5.00 coupon on every box that expires this summer. This toy is in the must have category. I have so much fun racing cars on this tower with my son. We have had it for a month and he still loves it. The cars roll super easy and you can even buy another set of cars for variety. Just a great little set for 10 bucks.

I bought this for my son hoping and praying I wouldn't waste the money because he gets more enjoyment out of movies and household objects. Well, it was money worth spent. He has played with it everyday and loves to watch the cars race down the track. He also loves the fact that he is the one who makes them go. He is tickled by the noises it makes.

My son really enjoys this toy. I've also found the Hot Wheels/Matchbox style cars work superbly on the tracks. Smaller car lengths work better than longer styles. Some of them really zoom across hard wood floors (much farther than the included cars). My boy gets a hoot out of that.

Actually purchased at Kmart for $12.99. I'm happy with my purchase.

Well, they've done a color change of this toy since we purchased it for our oldest grandson several years ago... same Tonka sign with 2 checkered flags at the top and the checkered flag at the bottom, but the #1 track (now green) used to be purple, the #2 track (now red) used to be blue, the #3 track (now blue) used to be green, and the left is now yellow with the base section purple (both used to be orange), but who cares - it's still the same fun, colorful toy that our grandson used early on with the included little cars (though they're not "squishy" as the description says... they're soft plastic versus brittle, but certainly not "squishy"), and then later used to propel his Cars 2 figures down to see who would go the farthest on the soft vinyl tile of our basement floor!

This was a big hit with him... when you push the red button at the bottom of the yellow section, it lifts up their "starting blocks" to send them soaring down, and when the on/off switch is in the "on" position, you also hear a "beep beep", along with the sound of race cars whizzing by! (Yes, it requires two AA batteries.) The checkered flag at the end of the track drops down as they speed past. Pretty cute!

Typically our oldest didn't like anything that made noise, but this was an exception, and our middle grandchild (who both loves noise in general, as well as doing his best to contribute to it via his vocal chords!) took to it right away. You can't see it in the photo, but on the opposite side (underneath the Tonka sign) there are little storage spaces for the cars, which was pretty nifty.

My son loves this toy. I love that it's very durable, the pieces snap apart and back together fairly easily. The cars are cute and the whole thing is very colorful. It's fun racing with my son and he is learning quickly about the incline effecting the speed of the car. He has even snapped the tracks off and leaned them against other things to make the car soar from our furniture. Lots of opportunity for creative play!

This toy is really cute and once we got it home I assembled it and he completly loved it. He was arranging the trucks by color and pushing the button and watching them roll down the tracks. Then he tried to move it and the whole track fell apart because where the tracks snap in at the top and the bottom do not hold. After putting it together multiple times I decided to try supergule the tracks to the bases. While this did keep the toy assembled for awhile it broke the launching mechanism. My 2 year old still enjoyed it (although not as much) for about the next couple of weeks until he broke the super glue bond and I just tossed the track out. Since we picked this toy up for $10 on Clearance I gave it a 2 star since he still has and likes the trucks which this toy came with and it would have cost us the $10 to but just the little trucks I am sure.
