There are no words for how much I love this! There are so many ways to give back, and the more creative ones are often my favorites. I just can't get enough of projects like yours. It's exactly what the world needs, now and always.
Jessica Lohmann, Squishy Face Studio

Deirdre Franklin, author and founder of the advocacy and rescue group Pinups for Pitbulls, Inc.
Too Licky is a wonderful guide to finding the perfect rescue animal from the perspective of two young sisters, Gigi and Ryan. This book is a must-read for people of all ages who are interested in adopting a furry family member.
Kevin Abbott, Senior Trainer Woof Pack Dog Training
I think the awesome thing about shelter dogs is that they love even harder and with adoration. It's like they know that you saved them, despite their flaws or past troubles and they love you so much more because of that.
Jayme, mom to furbaby, Betty
About the Author
"Too Licky" is Gigi's first published book. She and her sister, Ryan, came up with the idea for "Too Licky" at the age of 4 when their parents announced a move across the country and said, "we're getting a dog!" They began writing down characteristics for their new dog that wouldn't be a good fit: too small, too big, too serious and so on which became the beginnings of their book. After settling into their new home, the search for the perfect rescue dog began. With the help of rescue dog advocate, Cynthia, Gigi and Ryan met Sugar and she was 'perfect.' Now, they had the ending to their book. Gigi is now 6 (almost 7) and finishing up 1st grade in Jacksonville, Florida where she lives with her mom and dad, twin sister, Ryan, and Sugar.
