Too Young to Die
Invited to Cannes and Venice Film Festivals, as well as the NY Asian Film Festival, this atypical love story stars two 70+ actors portraying lovers that meet after they are widowed. Met with controversy in Korea for its explicit sexuality, the film brings an unblinking eye to the portrayal of our forgotten seniors.

I did like some such as River Phoenix, Heath Ledger and a few more.Others introduced me to the art of watching paint. I have zero idea what the other commentators are talking about but their decisions to willingly write a report about the wrong he had done towards to someone else. Perhaps there is another movie with the same name
Why is that I wonder? I really liked that the movie focused on the caring ways of the husband, the blatant emotions, the way the argument exposed the depth of his fear and devotion. Original and unique. I liked it. Susan
Sun-ye Lee and Chi-gyu Park are a beautiful pair. I thought lovemaking scenes, certainly including the oral sex and climaxes, were extremely well done. Not pornographic in any way, the entire film portrays seniors as real people with authentic emotions, sensual desires, and beautiful souls.
The same person that told me about this film mentioned CLOUD 9 (German, includes very tasteful frontal nudity, which I definitely enjoyed) and THE VERTICAL RAY OF THE SUN (Vietnamese). I believe all three of these films are also mentioned in the introduction of SEASONED ROMANCE, the book. I say that to mention that TOO YOUNG TO DIE and the other films and book are all part of the process toward understanding that seniors are interested in life and lovemaking. That might come as a revelation to younger people, but it is true.
And we want more like TOO YOUNG TO DIE!
Really a very dishonest piece.
