I started getting the basic tools of woodworking for my weekend projects.
Irwin Combination Square is very sturdy and accurate as advertised. The only drawback I would say is it is heavy for me and I would recommend anyone who is starting out with woodworking to get the 6" variant.
It is easy to handle and most of the time that size will cover all your minor project needs.
I am keeping this item though, since I started to get a hang of it.
