As a human resource group we had been through every kind of training: You name it, we did it. Of all, only one program endured: Huszczo's team-building training. Years later, staff were still referring to his seven components of successful teams. It's not just a quick fix, but a strategy to building long-term superior performance with teams.―Penny Sharples, Manager, Training and Education, Victorian Administration, Australia Post
Huszczo has a remarkable gift for telling the truth clearly and compassionately about the challenges that labor and management face when they try to organize into teams. His descriptions ought to inoculate intrepid innovators from the rigors they face, while the practical tools and exercises he presents should ensure that no one has to reinvent the wheel.―Maureen Sheahan, Director, UAWRegion 1A, IPS Labor-Management Council

Huszczo delivers common sense information much like he delivers in person, in a simple pragmatic way- he is easy to understand by all levels in an organization.
This book provides a hands-on guide for team development and teamwork. If you are considering implementing teams this is a good easy read and you'll want to use it weekly as a guide.
I hope to write back one year from now and document how this hands-on guide helped in our process of team development. There are so many unknowns and directions teams can take- "Tools for Team Excellence" provides a roadmap.
Good luck in changing the culture of your organization and team development process.
