I've had a battle with periodontal disease for awhile, but along with taking a small dose of Doxycycline Hyclate (20 mg.) and using this powder, I can really tell a difference in my size 10 tooth pocket that was trying to develop an infection. The pocket seems to be closing, and this powder leaves my mouth feeling really, really clean. If you can get past the taste (it's a very strong spicey taste), try it for about six weeks, and you will notice a marked difference. I will definitely purchase this again, and again.

This is one of those 100% herbal tooth powder that will leave with a clean feeling after each brushing. It really helps take all those plaque in the first brushing itself. you should however be ready to accept the feeling that it might taste or feel like brick powder or cinnamon, but after a good 5 minute brushing, you will see a great deal of difference compared to your toothpaste. your mouth will feel more fresh and clean. Also, this powder has some slight sting to it, so be prepared for it.

If you ever wondered what's in it, ask some Indian to translate it, because its written in Hindi. but from what I have seen, its 100% good with all natural ingredients. This product has been in the market for more than 30 years as I know off, and has survived all mordern competition from toothpastes ranging from Colgate to Pepsodent. I live in America, and I still remember the clean feel after each brushing with this powder. its like the equivalent of using your regular alchoholic mouthwash for about 15 mins. But Mouthwash does not remove as much plaque as brushing, and this powder helps to take care of that.

Taste : Cinnamon powder/Neem/mint
Feel : Feels like fine powder
after wash feeling: very clean and fresh

If you have tooth chattering or sensitive tooth then your tooth pastes will now work.
It also leaves you with a clean feeling and sparkling white teeth.
Removes your yellow.

Also the ingredients in this powder are all natural herbs.
No additives, fillers or cancer forming foaming agents.
A quite simple toothe powder.
I have been using it for last 40 years.

Only downside is
It is quite satiny, so be careful that when you brush it does not fall on dress.
Will need thorough wash.
Also will need to clean the wash basin more thoroughly than a tooth paste.
Have a soft tissue around to clean it better
These are very very minor comparing the natural powder and all the health benefits in my opinion.
Try it out and you will get hooked.

First of all, this product is dark brown and there was no way I would brush with a dark brownish red powder. When I ordered it, I thought the brand name was "Red", not the supposed color. Secondly, every word on the container was in a foreign language that I could not read. Thirdly, it was ordered from India. If I had known that, I never would have ordered it. Amazon should tell people when a foreign product is being ordered. I threw it out. Be prepared, this is not what one expects in a tooth powder. I googled all the ingredients (foreign language) and every English translation was an herb, spice or plant. However, even though it supposedly had all natural products, I just could not brush my white teeth with this brown stuff. A total waste of money and I threw it in the garbage. Couldn't think of a good use for it unfortunately.
