This is my go-to pre, the taste isn’t super gross like most pres. You get a good pump which I notice starts wearing off about 50ish mins into the workout depending on when I take it and actually get to the gym. It does get clumpy the closer you get to the bottom of the container but just use a butter knife to break it up and mix it. I always toss the moisture absorbers cuz they’re way too big for the cylinder shaped container. This brand deserves more recognition!

Clumps Not Pumps

The ingredient list is solid, the results are a little less than expected, but still good. The problem is that it clumps up in the container. So you are left breaking apart rocks of the stuff to get it into your bottle. It's incredibly disappointing. And once you do, you're left wondering "were the blocks I broke up more of one ingredient, and less of another? Did I get the proper dosage of each? Is there moisture in the container that is causing the clumping and possibly degrading the product?" This really tells me that they just don't know what they are doing. They know what ingredients to put into a product, but they don't know how to deliver it to their customers.

I was a big fan of the original pump igniter and was delighted to see they reformulated it with an open label. I usually prefer pre's with 150-200mg of caffeine these days as I've taken a long stim break and don't need the high amounts found in other pre's these days. I was glad to see they lowered the amount of caffeine from 300 to 200g. Pump igniter is geared towards pumps if you couldn't tell by the name. so there arent too many nootropics/focus ingredients in here. starting off you get a solid, 6g dose of citrulline malate. theres 1.6/1.5g of beta alanine/betaine too. now both of these two ingredients are 'under dosed' but most people would get annoyed at a full 3.2g dosage of beta alanine (Tingles), so 1.6 is a good amount. another thing is, most people don't understand betalanine needs saturation/taken daily. I supplement it with bulk beta alanine so I'm covered here. betaine is something else that needs to be taken daily, so TSN providing 1.5g is a great start. there's 1g of hydromax (aka a better version of glycerol monosterate) to give your muscle fullness and 500mg of agmatine to prolong that pump.

taste wise, its good. it tastes like their hyperblend counterpart

overall this is a good pre if you don't want something stim heavy and want some pumps. if you have a high caffeine tolerance you could do 1.5 scoops for even more pumps.
