If you buy a kit and something goes bad you have to ship it all back to get amazon to do anything.

Love this set up and things went great for the first month. However one of the led’s on the 600 watt light that came with this set started blinking. Amazon was willing to do a full return on the item but tearing it all down a month into a grow was not an option. Amazon provided me a number for top grow to try to get the manufacturer to help replace just the bad light. However that phone number takes me to an international voice mail system that no one will call you back from. Horrible customer service and buying in a kit ensures amazon will not help you.

Update Replacement light that was sent after original one failed lasted less than 1 year in use. Two of the four bulbs are completely out on it. I would avoid purchasing this lighting option it two failures in a year and a half is too many.
Update: After initial posting seller got a hold of me. Amazon had provided incorrect contact information from them but once my initial review posted they emailed and offered to replace the light i had an issue on. They were very willing to work with me. New light expected today. not sure about life on the replacement yet but seller did make good on correcting my issue.

Can not speak for all grow tent sizes, as I purchased the 48”x48” x80”. I did have a few issues upon delivery. Please note delivery was during the coronavirus pandemic and I truly believe this was the shippers fault. This leads to my review. My order arrived on schedule but was damaged. I contacted TopoGrow via email and corresponded with Alice ( customer Service ). Long story short, by , request she asked for pictures and I complied. Every detail in question was Immediately shipped out ( 4 days) to my door step. No trouble no hassle TopoGrow and Alice made things right plus some. Every detail is quality and manufactured right. I will continue to use TopoGrow. No questions about it. Not a Hugh issue but will mention on the tent size I bought I wish it was supplied with an extra top crossbar for mounting but admit frame is holding up extremely well. Little sag but could be the size lights I used to. So great product, easy to setup, quick delivery and one of the best customer services I have ever encountered. Tnx Alice / TopoGrow

Didn't get the grow house

I ordered the grow house kit, but didn't get the actual grow house. Got the LED lights, the ducting, the fans, etc, but not the actual grow house. Delivery status shows he delivery as complete. Where is the grow house?

Edit: 07-14-2020, got the grow house today! The assembly instructions leave a lot to be desired, so I'm going to see if there's a YouTube vid. I'll revise my review once I figure out how to assemble it.

Edit: 07-29-2020, grow house is completely set up and has been running for a couple of days. I really like the controller that came with the inline fan. It allows me to adjust how much air the fan pulls, which helps regulate how loud the fan noise is (the higher the pull, the louder the fan) and the temp inside the tent. The tent itself was pretty easy to set up with the very minimal instructions that came with it, but I would strongly recommend watching some YouTube videos if this is your first tent like it was for me.

I was able to easily fit six 5gal cloth pots in the tent. The fan and carbon filter were a little heavy and unwieldy to get set up on the overhead support bars, but I don't have very big hands or a lot of upper body strength. I was really glad I had a bag of zip ties on hand to help secure everything and to keep all the cables nice and tidy. As far as the set up goes, my biggest complaint is that there is almost no instructions on how to set up all the accessories. I'm brand new to this and it's not as intuitive as they make it seem. I'm still trying to figure out how to program the temp/humidity gauge and the light timer. I had a very hard time getting the ducting over the fan and carbon filter ports and ended up using Gorilla tape instead of the clamps. I have it venting out a window and am happy to say that there is no smell at all in the room or coming out the exhaust duct outside of the window. My plants are still young, so we'll see if it works as well when they get closer to harvest.

Unfortunately, one of the bulbs in the LED display is not working. The bulb doesn't light up and the fan doesn't turn. Still working on getting this resolved.

Not a bad tent, and when I had an issue customer service was quick to respond. The problem is the price. I made the mistake of thinking since I was buying an entire package I was getting a discount vs buying everything separately, but now that I took the time to look I could have bought things separately and saved money. Not a little, but it would be a lot cheaper. I could have bought the same light, similar tent, and a better fan/ filter, and saved $80. Makes me feel like I got ripped off

The product is fine, pretty easy to assemble. The only problem is there are virtually NO instructions included just some pictures. If you call or email you get NO response.( I'm not saying you can't get a response, even a blind squirrel finds a nut once in a while). That being said, The product itself is fine. I'm not the handiest person and I put this together (just the tent) with no problem in maybe 30 minutes. Metal Poles are marked with numbers 1,2,3,4 and there isn't any order as to how they go together but it does and it's not hard. Just got it so I can't comment on how the system works with Light, exhaust and fan as this is not set up yet. But for the price, it's well worth the money. Heavy duty tent. Plugged everything in and they all work. Posted a couple of pictures of "instructions". Hope this helps.
