Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

* This is the best keyboard I have ever used. And I have 2.
* The keys have a great feel, but take a little getting used to, since they have varying weights.
* You can find different colored keys for the board that add a little extra flair--a bit of customization and uniqueness to express your own style.
* The cord is plenty long and thick. I've plugged and unplugged it many, many times without worry. The build quality is very high.
Neutral:
* It's not actually silent, but the sound is dampened. It is far quieter than other mechanical keyboards. Both myself and coworkers are not bothered by the sound it does make--it's low pitched.
* It's quite heavy for a keyboard, but mechanical keyboards tend to be heavier.
* Other people don't always know what to make of it. I get comments like "that feels weird, but it's not bad".
Bad:
* It's very expensive for a keyboard.
* It's very hard to find.
* The keys are hard to make out in many environments, so people who need to use your keyboard (and don't touch-type) often have problems reading the keys.
* The key-puller they provide damages the keys.
* The grip-pad on the bottom of one of my units doesn't grip correctly--but the others do, so it remains stable.
* Other keyboards will seem that much worse after you use this.
