So this story includes a love triangle between Chloe, Logan, and Drake. Chloe's best friend has feelings for her and she is oblivious to. Drake is a boy she meets and can't stop thinking about. They both want her and are everything she needs. They both care for her and would do anything to make her happy. Chloe isn't perfect and makes some mistakes along the way. Deep down she knows who she wants but can't accept her losing either of them. Who will she choose? Logan the friend who has been her best friend she can't live without or Drake the boy who makes her feel things she never imagined?
Well I know who I would choose, but it's not up to me. There are so many great things happening in this book. I just loved it. We meet some really great characters including a Amber and Rachel, Chloe's best friends. Some unwanted characters or actually one unwanted character. I don't want to give too much away about this story. All in all this is a book about finding happiness with that one person that you can't live without, trusting yourself to take the leap to a road less traveled.
This book also addressed some real issued regarding childhood abuse. We find that Chloe has been a victim for years. Chloe is a survivor, she has a good head on her shoulders. Everything that she has endured is what makes her who she is. This girl deserves to find a happily ever after. Her childhood is riddled with unwanted memories. She needs someone that can be kind and patient with her. Someone who is willing to love her unconditionally. Both Logan and Drake are exactly that. That is why choosing one and losing the other is so difficult for her. I can say that this book won't disappoint you. It will keep you guessing until the very last page. I am so excited that there is going to be another book in this series. A continuation of Chloe's story. So go ahead and delve into this one it truly was an amazing book that I couldn't put down.
As a rare nitpick, spellcheck ≠ editor. Their, they're, there. Once I notice some of these more and more common grammatical mistakes, my brain focuses on that to the detriment of all other things.
This is a tale of two sides, a love triangle of epic proportions. Chloe needs to pick wrong or right but who will she choose? How can she? Friends are pushed over the edge as the walls come tumbling down...
Chloe is the kind of girl that is your best friend but can't help be jealous of. She's a sweet down to earth "punk rock" kind of chick, who's just trying to figure out the mess that is life. She didn't have plans for this, didn't expect it. Will she lose the one person she holds dearly or will she throw it all away?
Drake is the resident "bad boy", who may be to broken to be fixed. His band is the only thing that he's ever dreamed of, until Chloe... ? Could she be the one to fix him? Can he be tamed? Or will he do what he does best and break hearts?
Logan is the "pretty boy" the guy every girl dreams of. From his good looks to his over protectiveness and who's ready to throw down at a moments notice if ANYONE messes with his one true love! Will he get the girl? Is their love enough?
Surely the author has someone glance at the book before publishing. The amount of spelling mistakes were unreal. The sentencing and grammer were all wrong too. If you have read thoughtless and beautiful disaster, don't waste money torn as it is a total copy of these books. So much so that I am surprised the author didn't just copy and paste from those books as she wouldn't have so many spelling mistakes then!
Thoughtless and beautiful disaster were fantastic books so spend your money on those. Really annoys me when you purchase a book and it turns out to be basically a copy of another book.
