This is a beautiful microwave, and it's so nice to have stainless steel inside, instead of white plastic. This however does not mean that you can use metal inside of the microwave... You can't, Just the two pieces that come with the microwave. I found it very easy to use and it definitely heats up quicker than most microwaves. A decent price point. It was only $30.00 more than what walmart was selling at for at the time. Everyone else is out of this microwave, So, if you're interested I would buy it quick.I also ordered 2 of those silicone flat circles. To cover the glass tray. I also bought one of those splash guard lids. Buy the most expensive one because the others are not the same. You want to get the one that has the steamholes all around the side, The larger one that was almost twelve inches to fit the glass.

I bought this microwave back in April, I liked the fact that it’s also a conventional oven, a month into using the microwave, I started noticing that it would turn on on its own and wouldn’t stop, literally the light inside would turn on and the plate inside would start spinning, I thought it would stop , never did, my family and kids are scared to use it, as I tried reaching out to customer service, they asked me to trouble shoot it , which I did, but the issue remained the same, they asked for proof of purchase , which I provided, but apparently the transaction screen shot with the date on it , it’s not enough for them, this is easily the worst customer service I’ve experienced, I wouldn’t buy a Toshiba product ever again, save yourself the trouble, it’s not worth it.
