You can't beat this exercise plan for those of us who need it -- quick and easy to learn, and with results you can see and feel. After the first week you will feel the difference, especially in the chest/shoulder and abdomen areas because of the "push-aways" and "sit-backs." If you're able to go through the whole program as described, you'll be in wonderful shape and feel it no matter what condition you started in.
I feel Dr. Laurence Morehouse was a fantastic, true physiologist who loved his work and who took the painstaking time to develop this program and put the information on paper in a form anyone can understand -- and thank you Leonard Gross for that, helping Dr. Morehouse get it on paper. Some people may find some minute details a little boring, but it's only because Dr. Morehouse was that thorough in his research and attention to detail.
So, in this little book we have the best information available today to teach us how to keep our bodies in the best shape we can. This is that "magic pill" we've all been looking for to care for our physical health with a minimum of effort and time. Dr. Morehouse and Leonard Gross have documented that for us. Thank you guys!
I've used this book for exercise since it was first printed. If you want to get in perfect physical shape and be ripped Etc this is not the book for you. If you want to lose weight and be in good physical shape for your age within 6 months this book will work wonders.
If you get it, read it, try it and do what it says for 6 months I promise you it will change you physically.
