WOW if you enjoy laughing while you read then you will find this book a awesome read. Believe me when I say if you enjoy to read about a BBW and a gorgeous Alien then you will want to read A Touch of Fate Fated For Curves Book 1 by Aidy Award. The story is the first in this series which features Black Barrett and Kady Ayininkizi. Black is a Bearshifter and the leader of a elite team of shape-shifting Star Rangers and so frickin' hot. Katy is a curvy geek girl, who has decided to live alone in her brand new tiny house in the mountains she has no idea she is a witch, she had only wanted to live alone and not be bullied by the alpha's of the world. The story is amazingly funny with quite a few surprises in store. I did laugh a lot while reading this book. The sex scenes are absolutely marvelous that had a edge of danger and taboo that makes the heart race. Though their attraction is HOT steamy it happens a little fast but the story is fast paced but that doesn't distract from the romance. The characters are entertaining, sexual, intoxicating and witty. Even the secondary characters are appealing. I enjoyed this story, it's seductive and I wanted to read more about this alluring couple, even after the book was finished. It's a wonderful read, I couldn’t put my reader down.I'm excited there maybe a story about each of the other Barrett brothers. I highly recommend this book to read.

I will say this is my first Sci-Fi book I have actually read AND enjoyed. Aidy Award has such a great writing style that the story just flows. She knows how to keep readers interested and wanting more.

This book has so many great attributes. It was definitely flirty, sexy. and fun. There is some suspense, many magical moments and definitely humor. I don't know about anyone else, but I LOVE Magic, New Mexico.

How great would it be to just KNOW immediately you are with the one you should be? Immediately fall in love?? YES, please :). I really loved their first interaction. Kady is all concerned making sure he is okay and all Black can think of is getting her into his bed. I loved all of his sexual comments and his thinking with his "cock" as he states. She just goes on like nothing happened initially. Will they fall for one another? Definitely read to find out.. You will not want to miss some sexxxxxy scenes.

This book has tons of humor and laugh out loud moments.. Do not let that fool you though because there are plenty of sizzling HOT scenes.

Definitely a book to read!

This is the first time that I have read this author. I got this because I am a fan of S.E. Smith and she put out a list of Magic authors in her last newsletter.
This was good. Kady was actually pretty funny. She lives a solitary life, by choice, in her tiny home. She has a pet hedgehog that she talks to and watches science fiction
movies with. She's pretty excited when she sees a spaceship and gets a surprise when it crashes on her land. Her first contact with aliens and she meets a Bear shifting one that is easy to look at. Black was perfect for Kady.
This also had a bit of danger with the Spectral soul stealing aliens. I'm going to read the second book in Aidy's Magic series.

I wish I could give this book a 10 star rating I loved it so much. It really has just become my all-time favorite Magic, New Mexico books. It's not just because it's the 1st Bear-shape-shifter story, which it is, but it's so different and funny and unusual. I am a slow reader. I like to enjoy and absorb the books. I also have problems with my eyes so it can take me a week or more sometimes to finish a book even if it's good. I couldn't put this one down. I read it in less than a day! It has tiny houses and gnomes, ghosts and Men in Black. An alien/man-bear named Black and a woman who doesn't know she's a witch named Kady who lives in the woods? How ironic is that? Loved it!!!

When Katy and Black made love, their souls danced intertwined above them! I can't give her beautiful writing the justice it deserves. All I can say is read it, you won't regret it. This wonderful story will stay with me for a long time!

What a great story! I usually don't like to read sci-fi but I really enjoyed Kady and Black's s romantic, sexy, challenging adventure. I love a man who honest almost to the point of rudeness with charisma. Black meets Kady and he is very frank about his desire for her. There were attacks from supernatural aliens and some power hungry organization similar to " Men in Black". This ebook drew me in very quickly, which is what I like. There were passionate love scenes, humor, and strong and interesting characters.

Or is there???? Overall quality of writing was ok. Not really believable, but entertaining. Black is an alpha bear shifter from another universe. Kady is a witch and descendent of a bear shifter and doesn't know it. Shifter books are the new rage and can be fun when done well. Throwing in alien shifters is a wee bit much. No cheating and you get a happy ending, but you get the sense there is more because of so many loose ends.

Oh my!!!! I love this novel. It was super funny at times then sad at other times. Action was great, adventure seemed to be perfect and fit into the world. Kady was a great female character for larger women, I think we need more of them out in the book world. Black was handsome as his names was., Great hero and so funny at times, [Pleasure Den]. that had me laughing so hard.

The romance was great to me. I love the sex scenes and that includes all the oral sex scenes as well. Well written by Aidy.

This was the first book that I read from her. I will go onto the next novels that i have from her.
