It is a special book that teaches about living life in the present moment. I highly recommend it to everyone who are interested in the Art of Mindful Living.

Thich Nhat Hahn most clearly guides in ways to deepen our meditation practice and benefit our lives.
He clarifies the teachings of the Buddha in ways that are understandable and applicable in life today.

Although I think this book is valuable, it was not at all what I was expecting. I was looking for guided meditations I could read during yoga class to my students, and this seems more like a personal journey meditations. So I DO like the book, it just wasn't what I ordered it for.
