I have had a few of these types of activity bands. Some have worked OK for a while others were just a waste of money. I was looking to replace my old one because the band had become too loose and the screen had become too scratched from it falling off my wrist. Have to say that the instruction leaflet which comes with it could be bigger, a lot bigger. I used my scanner to enlarge it before I could comfortably read it.

Another problem I found was it would not sync to my mobile phone even though it has Android 4.4.2. It did however sync to my tablet after I downloaded the app. It has a bright screen, easy to read the numbers and you can activate it with a flick of your wrist or a touch.

It did indeed count the steps I took and comparing it to my other one which I wore on the other wrist, there were only a few steps difference so a positive test. I have not been able to use the text/phone call notifications because it’s not synced with my phone. However the other functions work perfectly.

When you first take it out of the box you need to charge it via a usb port, no need for a cable it just plugs straight in. Takes about 30 mins to charge, the flashing light will stop when it’s fully charged. I used it for 4 days on one charge which is excellent. The bracelet is quite sleek and comfortable to wear. It’s quite good for the price; it does everything that the expensive ones do so for that I would recommend it. Just make sure it's compatible with your phone first!

This Smart Wristband has exceeded my expectations and now has replaced my fitbit I used to use all the time! Upon receiving, It already had about a 70% charge to it, so I could start playing with it and using it immediately! The band itself is very durable, and made of great material compared to my fitbit. The main display piece plugs right into the band very securely, and you don't even notice it's 2 separate pieces at first, as it took me a few minutes to realize there was no separate charging cord. The clasp on the actual band was a big thing I was worried about, as with my fitbit I actually lost it from disconnecting at the clasp so easily, whereas the clasp for this smart wristband is very tight while clasped closed. The size of the bracelet is adjustable and my husband and I can switch off wearing them with no issue, not requiring us to buy different size bands. The charger port is a USB and plugs into any USB charger port, including charging with your PC or your USB ports in a vehicle, which is very handy as I have 2 charging USB ports in my truck, so if I forget to charge it at home, I can charge it while I'm driving. The display is very crisp and clear, providing you with notifications of your choice via Facebook, twitter, email and incoming calls and texts by a simple vibration. The display is touchscreen and easy to switch "slides" as I will call it, to check your steps, what the notification says, time and date, etc. The app, Zeroner, is easily personalized and has graphs and charts and shows the easy way of connecting via Bluetooth to this band. As soon as I connected the band to the app, it auto updated my time and date immediately. I'm highly impressed by this smart wristband and will definitely be buying the pink one so my husband can have this one and we won't have to fight over them ;)

Wanted It to Keep Working, Going to Send it Back :-(

I've had this for a few weeks and have worn it every day.

It's comfortable. It was keeping track of my heart rate and steps taken, no problem. Instructions could definitely be more thorough and more clear.

Loss of data is consistent, however; the app shows you the current day's information, but many times by the next afternoon the data is lost. I figured, whatever, the watch works even though the app doesn't.

Now the watch won't count steps or distance walked. I've restarted my phone and the watch. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Synced up (finally) but still not logging steps/distance. I checked to make sure permissions included high location accuracy. I made sure nothing on my phone was blocked, including body sensors.

I'll work on it some more today, but unless I get it to function, I'm returning it.

Very disappointed...

I'm realizing now all those 5 star reviews I read were probably bogus. It doesn't keep an accurate step count, calories burned are nowhere near logical, and the App leaves a lot to be desired. If i could find the original box, I would definitely be returning this product. Don't be fooled like I was.

Stopped working

I've had it for a few months now...used it for about six weeks (had to figure out how to do it, which wasn't easy). Hope your eyes are good to see the tiny print in instructions which are written in poor English. HATE the band. Why they used this different fastener that has to get into the little slot I don't understand. But having gotten it on and working...after six weeks it started to fail. First symptom is time slow down, it kept losing more and more time. Then I checked it against my pedometer on my phone and it was way off so I did a test...walking for five minutes in my apartment hall...so far off it is useless. I got it because I don't always have my phone in my pocket and I wanted something to count all those lost daily steps. I guess if you buy cheap you get cheap.
