I just received the phone today, and will have to wait until 6/18/18 to transfer/set up this new phone. I think the overall design is just outstanding. I just needed a simple phone that doesn't have those confusing apps. I am sure that this phone will meet all my everyday needs. I especially like the Voice calling feature which will be very helpful in calling those in my directory. I am slowly getting to the features of the phone thanks to online tutorials found on the web site that explains everything from startup to much more complicated functions of the Smartphone.

The phone it's self is great. The $40 airtime bundle was expired and could not be used. After hours on the phone with Tracfone both Christmas morning and the next day to figure this out I finally got them to add 1000 mins of talk time only. So I did not receive data or text.. Very frustrating for a 1st time Tracfone user. It is not worth buying the bundle package. I would recommend buying the phone then your airtime off the Tracfone website so there would not be a chance of it being expired.

This phone has like bare min memory even when I got a extra sim card for it it still says low memory because there are so many apps automatically put on from manufacture that you cant move or erase it is an ok phone but the memory problem makes me so mad its not fixable

Ordered this phone for a relative and needed it for safelink wireless service.In the description ,it never said it was locked to total wireless phone service.Upon activation,had to call customer service for a change to SafeLink service.Was on the phone for over 40 minutes trying to switch the phone number to this phone.Now the phone continues to cut off by itself.The screen will not stay on to answer calls that you try to answer.Having problems with the screen staying on trying to call out and respond.Signal is not good when u do try to talk and just drops the call.The phone was replacing a broken TracFone ,and now the newly purchased phone is acting more broke than the one it was replacing.Sorry,but sending it back and next time disclose in the description if it is locked to a carrier.

Like I said get what you pay for but I only bought it cause i needed a phone until my iPhone got fixed. An I'd suggest you to just go buy an iphone. 10x faster, better camera, apple is just waaaaay better then "LG, Droid, Android whatever that phone brand s trash. If you dont go apple at least be somewhat classy and get samsung galaxy or something but and iPhone is still better.

Very easy to set up. Just go to the Tracfone webite, click on activation and it guides you thru the process. I had my phone working in just a few minutes. The prepaid bundle is already preloaded on the account so no physical card. Used an iphone before this. People I telephoned said this LG phone is louder and clearer sound wise.
