Edit 12/11/22: Adding a star. Today I put on the case I got for this phone. I noticed it had a small cut-out at the same location where I thought there was a chip in the phone's screen. Upon close inspection of the "chip," it's actually a small machined cut-out from the glass. No idea why it's there, maybe to insert a tool to pop the screen off? Whatever the reason, it's not a defect. So unless I find something else that's a problem, this phone is major bang for the buck.I received this phone yesterday, so haven't used it much yet, but it seems fine functionally. Much better than the ZTE Majesty Pro Plus it is replacing. However, right out of the box [INCORRECT] it has a small chip in the bottom edge of the screen. [INCORRECT] You can see it in the photo, about 1/3 of the way from the left, in the middle of the mini-blinds reflection. I'm hoping that a screen protector will stop it from turning into a crack, because I'm keeping it. I had already called Tracfone and had them transfer my existing account onto it. Don't want to do it again, even though it was easy. Tracfone has come a long way in the ten years I've been with them.
