Shipped early, in a small flat manila envelope accompanied by an order summary/receipt, scratched off the code and used it on tracfone's refill page, and it worked instantly. I went from 1 text to 1001 texts. You can't find these anywhere else besides walmart's site so it's a good deal.

This is the first time in my life when I scratch a card and I couldn't see what was behind it. See the photo I send. I was very gentle scratching with my fingernail at first. It look like some of the numbers were sticking to the back of the scratch off label. My last resort I scratch harder with a coin that the only reason the card looks beat up. I ask for refund and I got my money back. Thank you Amazon !
