Battery life is short, device is bulky. Only 10 alerts per Month are allowed, making it useless.
To activate and track package shipment, tried to contact their customer support which is a 3rdparty call center type support in Newyork, only available between 9-5.
In accurate location, using open maps instead of google.maps.
Not water proof or 2 way calling feature ( I tend to use it for a dementia person,).
Over charge monthly payment for 10 alerts only per month subscription .
