Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.
This roasted flax seed is delicious! I love the texture, flavor, and health benefits of flax seed. This flax seed, though, is roasted which really enhances the flavor and crunchy texture! I order this flax seed in batches of three bags because I eat it nearly every day. I sprinkle it on top of my plain Greek yogurt to which I add a bit of plain liquid coffee creamer to the bowl contents. Perfect snack or diet meal trifecta!

I put 1 tbsp. of this on my oatmeal. It gives it a lovely nutty flavor. And I am getting my fiber! I also add some brown sugar and raisins. My sister turned me on to this. She cuts up an apple which she microwaves for 2 minutes and adds to the oatmeal as well as dried cranberries. There is no Trader Joe's near me so it's great to be able to order their products online.
I got these through Amazon because I fractured my knee and could not get to a Trader Joe’s at the time. I’ve used these seeds in my smoothies for years. They have the best flavor, however as soon as I opened one of these I knew they were not the same. They had a funny smell and do not have the same coloring. They are also WAY more expensive than TJ’s but because of my situation I paid the extra to have them delivered. It’s making me trust Amazon less and less.
We used the flax seeds for the first time this morning when we made oatmeal for breakfast. They gave the oatmeal a nice crunch, increased protein and nutrition, and tasted great.
