This body butter smells amazing, really amazing. It smells like sweet. warm cinnamon. I usually don't like sweet scents, especially in body products, but this isn't nauseating-ly sweet.
It also looks like thick, luscious meringue. The scent and texture is almost enough to make you wonder what it tastes like, not that I would.
Beside looking and smelling like a delicious dessert, it moisturizes pretty well.
The texture is really soft, but thick and creamy. A little swipe goes a long way, all I need is about a quarter size dollop for each area of my body (arms, legs, chest)
I love how, despite all the oils in it, this body butter doesn't leave me feeling greasy or sticky. Less than a minute after I apply it, I can get dressed without my clothes sticking to me.
When it dries it leaves an almost matte look.
I have very dry, sensitive, eczema prone skin. This does do a good job at reducing redness and irritation on my skin, but it doesn't really help with my eczema. After a while I still find myself feeling very itchy. It does help reduce itching once it starts, but doesn't prevent it.
Although it has a great ingredient list, I feel like it isn't as nourishing as I'd like it to be. About 12 hours after I apply it, my skin starts to feel dry again (which I haven't experienced with other body butters)
Even if the price is almost 2x as much as you'd pay in store, it's a good price(still cheaper than anything I can find locally) for people who don't have a local Trader Joe's
