Some lovely nature scents, some overly perfume-y

The standout scent in this set is the bamboo, which is just a gorgeous lush green scent with a hint of floral to it. I've been using it as a middle note in a lot of blends. The Forest Pine and Fresh Cut Grass are also very nice and what you'd imagine. The Ocean Breeze and Rain scents are overly perfume-y to my nose, although I have used them in blends to decent effect. Sandalwood is serviceable.

NOTE: If you order directly through P&J's website, you still get free shipping and you can also customize scent packs like this--6, 14, or 28 of your choice. If you're iffy about more than one scent in a premade pack like this, I definitely recommend going that route!

I love this set of fragrance oils that practically replace air fresheners when used in humidifying oil diffusers. If you're used to sniffing candles, deodorizing sprays, and other air fresheners with the names printed on the bottles, these smell pretty much like how you'd expect.

Fresh cut grass - I really wasn't sure with my husband being allergic to the real thing, but this actually smells very nice, like fresh, sweet, green aromatic grass, nothing like mulch.

Bamboo - I also wasn't sure how this would smell, but it also smells very pleasant, sort of like the Prell shampoo with a little more green herbal note.

Ocean Breeze - Fresh refreshing scent, akin to the popular Cool Water by Davidoff or other oceanic men's cologne. You'll recognize this scent right away just as many other air fresheners called by the same name.

Rain - Sweet, fresh, clean, a bit floral. Just like other air freshener or laundry detergents or dryer sheets by the same name.

Forest Pine - Smells like that green pine tree shaped car freshener. That guy in the movie Seven would've loved to get his hands on this.

Sandalwood - the most masculine, warm and woody smelling of them all. I initially thought it was overwhelming like a musky cologne, but it's a nice change of pace when diluted waaaay down in a diffuser at a very faint level.

When I use a few drops of these in an oil diffuser or ultrasonic humidifier, my entire house gets filled with the aroma. My husband has been buying perfume-free laundry detergents lately to my dismay, but now I simply add a few drops of these to my own laundry to infuse some fragrance. If you buy those Renuzit, Glade, Air Wick or other short lasting room fresheners regularly, you'll probably like this set with options because your olfactory senses get quickly numbed out if you don't rotate the scents. People respond very subjectively to different scents, and my husband absolutely can't stand some fragrances I love. However, you might even like a few of these enough to add to your bath, lotion or apply directly on your body.

These smell fabulous!! I got them for making candles and scented heating pads.
The Forest Pine and Fresh Cut Grass are the reasons I bought this collection and I was not disappointed. They are soooo good!!
Ocean Breeze, Bamboo and Rain all smell like slightly different versions of the generic "Fresh Linen" scent, but they are good and will make wonderful candles.
Sandalwood turns out to be my least favorite. To me it smells like an old lady, but it might be a fragrance someone else enjoys.
I am absolutely pleased with this purchase and will be buying these scenes again!!

The Forest smell, Does smell like the E.T the Ride Forest smell!

I was very skeptical with these oils, the only reason why I wanted to buy it was the Forest oil Smell. Why? you guessed it! because of the E.T Ride Forest smell in Universal Studios Hollywood. I got to tell you I AM VERY IMPRESSED!!! sorry for yelling but OMG it does smell 90% like the E.T Ride forest smell!. The moment I smelled it, it brought me back! and i love it! Also the other oils are AMAZING as well! specially Ocean Breeze and Rain. I love it, and I recommend it if you're looking for something similar to like the E.T Ride forest smell or just the other oil smells in general! All the comments about some of them smelling the same made me hesitate to buy them but I don't find that any of them smell remotely the same. In fact, I dont see how anyone could think that, they are all so distinct. This is by far the best fragrance oils I've purchased. Rain, ocean breeze and fresh cut grass is absolutely amazing. None of them are sweet smelling with is big plus. To each their own I guess but, I find these scents better than my favourite candles. After two purchases of this companies fragrance oils, I haven't been disappointed. I can't wait to purchase the autumn scents closer to cooler weather. For those who make bath products or candles, the nature set is a great way to go.

These scents are great if you like very “perfumey” flowery scents. I was surprised with this packet, because scents such as: rain, fresh cut grass, ocean breeze - I was thinking it would be more clean smells. Which is fine if that’s what you’re looking for.. I’m just disappointed that I cannot return.

3 drops is perfect for our all downstairs. I, 🙄 put in a bunch of drops, I mean like A LOT, because I bought Essential Oils from "Wasserstien" oils, those are so weaaaakk compared to these. These are amazing! I came home and the downstairs smelled like Fresh Rain and Forest Pine. It was honestly too overwhelming of a smell, so now I know, NO MORE than 3 drops!!!

Lovely smells, will be purchasing these again, aaand another bundle.
