I'm a fan of Tram products. This adaptor is being used on the passenger rear of my pickup bed so I can mount Diamond series multiband and HF antennas when doing POTA and SOTA work. Exactly what I needed for this setup. The Antenna in the photo is a Diamond CR8900A and the Tram adapter is mounted to a through hole Laird NMO mount. It worked perfect for this and ill be purchasing another for the driver side. Added benefit is it can be removed to run smaller NMO antennas for overlanding, field work, etc.

This is a pretty good NMO to PL-259 (UHF) adapter, especially for the price, but I knocked a star off due to how deeply recessed the center conductor pin is. The problem is that the center pin is so recessed that it is difficult to make firm contact on NMO mounts that have been installed in somewhat thick sheet metal.
