Terrible! All the pots are already dinged inside. We're super careful with them so I'm not sure what caused all the dings. I bought them trying to be healthy but I ended up poor and pissed off instead.
Update: now the handles are all coming off and one of the screws ended up on my 4yr old's plate because it fell in the pot!

Do NOT overheat

We bought two of these and didn't pay attention to instructions. It took awhile but eventually things started sticking in them. No amount of cleaning, scrubbing etc. could bring them back to life. The price we paid was two pans who could see the trash can. We did! Into the trash can they went! Two new one's on the way which like the old ones worked and did what they were advertised to do. No stick, work great. For the amount of money you pay for these it is worth following the instructions and not over heat them. I think we will love these now that we learned our lesson. Go slow and easy and don't overheat!

Beautiful Cookware

I have enjoyed cooking with my new cookware and it truly is non stick and cleans up beautifully. My only complaint is that on the small saucepan there is a small spot on the ceramic coating that appears to be scratched. I have been very diligent in using only silicone and wooden spoons when cooking. I have never placed the cookware in the dishwasher and when hand washing, nothing was ever placed inside the pot while in the sink. I also use pot protectors to store the cookware. There is a lifetime warranty with this cookware so I may contact the manufacturer about a replacement. I'll update my review after that.

Contacted customer service about warranty and was told that the scratch I described is not covered by their warranty. I don't know what more I can do to protect my cookware. Just note, it may be a little more fragile than you might think.

Beautifully Italian! Great non-stick!

Let's just be honest, the Italians know a thing or 2 about style.
This knocks one out of the park.
The red is vibrant and sparkly. The metalwork is bright and shiny.

But is it function following form?
We compared ours to our workhorse stainless saucepan.
Pros:
It heats up quickly and evenly
The ceramic nonstick is very good. You have to season it first, but it keeps eggs from sticking very well, and cleanup's a breeze.
The red rubber is perfectly placed. If you had to hold it and use it all day, you definitely could.
Cons:
It's not stainless steel strong. I banged our wood cooking utensil on it just out of habit, and it left a nice dent in the aluminum. Stripped off some of the coating there. Whoops. User error.
Even though it and our stainless saucepan are both "1.5qt", this saucepan is distinctly smaller, with a smaller, svelte bottom that doesn't fill the small pad on our stove. Not saying it's not 1.5qts, just that it doesn't have a lot of "slop factor."

Overall? Treat it right, and it pays for itself in easy cleanup! Oh, and it LOOKS GREAT!

I bought this pot to cook oatmeal. It gets used 5 days a week. the nonstick was great for the first 10 months. the last 4 months I have been seeing the ceramic coating thinning out and it is not nonstick anymore. I have always used low heat, wooden spoon and hand washed after cool.

I wouldn't give it any stars. I treated the pan according to the instructions most carefully and it worked for about two weeks after that everything stuck to the base. You can't use a scouring pad so you have the pan soaking all night. A nightmate of a pan. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy

Not really a grill pan

This is a beautiful pan, well made, and if you follow the care instructions I can see where it should last a long time and I would give it a higher rating BUT (and this may not be a big deal for you) it isn't really a grill pan. The ridges are barely there, so, since you can't use high heat, there will not be any grill marks, not enough to mention. I wanted a grill pan specifically to get those beautiful delicious grill marks when I cook. The ridges are so barely raised that I am not sure there would be grill marks if I did cook on high heat, but given the $$ for the pan I don't dare cook it high enough to find out. I was going to return it but my return window closed yesterday, and I didn't realize it. I have only used it twice and both times very disappointed. Don't call it a grill pan - if you aren't looking for a grill pan, then you are in luck. But I have plenty of regular pans - didn't need another one that was the same as them. Wish I could return/exchange.

Don't waste your money

The outside coating & exposed metal edges are sensitive to scratches, dents or damage. I washed it by hand & didn't even put it in the dishwasher because others had noted it wasn't a good idea. The lids seem to be made nice though, no issue with those so far. The ceramic coating is nice, seems durable but I haven't even had the set but a couple of weeks. I would not recommend this set- maybe other sets are better quality I don't know. I won't purchase again.
