This beautifully written work gives insight and direction
to calm not just the mind and body, but instruction to
include your viscera. There is much to learn and
inspire one to grow just a little bit more.
Strange how I never heard of "mirror neurons", but
read and learn about them in this book for the first time.
I then had the oppertunity to experience them first hand
by "watching" and improving my golf swing (which worked
beautifully by the way). Three being a charm, I heard a Dr
Schindler lecture about mirror neurons in his "Developing
Positive Emotional Habits" shortly thereafter and found I was
well equipped to discuss the topic easily with him and my
colleagues attending his seminar.
Please do yourself a favor pick up a copy, savor &
learn from it's contents. Then do share with your friends
and/or loved ones and enjoy the inspiration that it will
give each of you.
And so a couple weeks ago I started using the guided visualizations when I have trouble sleeping. I find them very helpful. I especially LOVE the Pesse canoe trip and the cross country skiing visualizations!! I actually feel as if I am
gliding silently through the water, or slipping across the snow. Very nice! Before I know it, my mind is calmer and I feel better.
