For anyone who is looking for a weight loss guide, or a way to build more muscle and improve their body, this is a very comprehensive book. I have read quite a few books on the subject, and few go over as many different aspects and offer as much information. This book promises to be all you will need to achieve your goals. The author suggests that you let go of all of the other knowledge that you have on the subjects of nutrition, fitness, and weight loss and take what is taught in this book as the real truth. You are also advised to go full force at everything you will be doing in this program. The author discusses diet as well as exercise, and goes into detail for each. I appreciate that there is also a lot of suggestions for meals and snacks you can eat. There is a section describing standard serving sized and their nutritional value. You will be counting calories for this program, at least in the beginning, as well as tracking what you eat in a food journal. You will also be tracking your progress with weight and measurements throughout. This book states that if you stick with what you are learning, and follow the guidelines closely, you can successfully lose around 20-30 lbs. in just 62 days.

Adriel's book delivers for me on all those levels. I like this book as I like seeing results quickly. I was impressed that after a couple of weeks of sticking to Adriel's routines and exercises my belly is toning up nicely and I am seeing my waist again....nice! The re-shaping/toning-up is more noticeable than just weight loss. Another benefit which I didn't expect is the feeling of having more energy which is a very welcome bonus. I also like the simple 'supportive menu plan' which is easy and straight forward to follow and shows you how much protein and exactly what size portions to eat in addition to how many hours they should be spaced apart for optimum results etc. The book has a good goal achievement section (basically how to psychologically get yourself motivated and stick to the whole thing) such as over coming the fear of success which is very important when setting out to get real lasting results. This book is nice and clear and full of logical,thoughtful information.
